You simply tell your own bank to send the necessary amount in your own currency
I will provide all the details: your bank (and mine) does all the work.
Alternatively, you can use Western Union (a bit complicated, but it works)

Shipping is extra to the above. Most larger items presently cost £25.05 (ParcelForce 48 hours) to UK addresses. Royal Mail Special Delivery(next day) is slightly better at £19.45, but there are size restrictions. Smaller items are sent at cost via the Post Office.
FedEx to Europe and the US costs around £100 (next day) dependent on weight and volume.
ParcelForce takes longer and costs slightly less.
