These are Royal Ark Mariner working tools. They are made to a very high standard. The timber is acacia and teak. The metalwork is brass, which has been gold plated. (Note the reflection of the lid in the saw blade!). The box is made from maranti - a very fine grained mahogany - and is lined with green velvet. Each of the tools is 12inches long. A set like this would cost you £190 (commercial offerings are over £300)

As with most MasonicWood working tools, they do work. The saw was properly cut and has been properly set. It made surprisingly short work of this piece of sapele. The strange object in front of it is a saw set.
